I used to be on a personal rampage to entirely cut processed sugar from my diet and go strict Paleo (I’m now sugar , and its substitutes, free). I uncovered this video preview of the Sweet Suicide film from Nancy Appleton, Ph.D. while searching for information on going sugarless.
The child in the beginning of the film made me think hard about how much sugar my children take in eating a “healthy diet”.

This is pretty nuts!
My hubby-to-be is one of those people that can eat 1 cookie and be satisfied. I know that for me, I just need to avoid it completely and not even have a taste. I can relate to those rats!!
Thanks for sharing Travis.
I have to avoid it too. It used to drive me insane trying to avoid sugar. But with the help of videos like this, it’s become quite easy.
All the best,
Travis
