Like you, I can watch videos of different success stories for hours. It’s the person behind the success story that intrigues us so much. Watching others win forces us to believe we can win too.
Veronica Garza climbed over obstacles that would crush most people. Veronica, you’re an inspiration and you unveiled the unbeatable human spirit to the rest of us. Thank you for sharing your story with this video!
If you’ve considered switching to a Paleo diet and/or trying CrossFit, this video proves that you control your life. No one else. You.
What a motivational video!
A special thank you to G7 Athletics for making Veronica’s video.

trav,
that video was awesome. im such a sap, i cried! it’s amazing what people can do against all odds if they just try and decide to work hard and win. veronica’s story is yet just another motivator for me to work harder. thank you for sharing!
You are soo welcome. I got lump in my throat watching her video, and I knew people needed to hear her story.
The human spirit is invincible once the mind is set straight on where you’re taking it.
Thank you commenting!
All the best,
Travis
I cried, too! Incredibly touching story.
I had a similar experience with having ovarian cancer at the age of 21. “How do I stop this from coming back?” I asked my docs.
“It’s just a matter of chance.”
No, it’s not.
Incredible.
Very inspirational…
I’ve been having doubts recently about my progress at crossfit.
“Why is everyone fast than me?”;
“Why is everyone doing double-unders, and I’m struggling to complete 3 in a row?”;
It’s stories like Veronica’s that will absolutely keep me going.
Thank you for posting this vid.
Andrew
Andrew,
Progress will come even if at times it seems too slow. I’m glad you enjoyed Veronica’s story.
Keep your head high!
