Behind The Scenes At Uncommon Wellness

Okay, okay, it’s been looking pretty quiet on the surface here at Uncommon Wellness, but behind the scenes hammers are hammering and buzz saws are buzzing. I’ve been working hard on some things that I believe you’re going to love.

A Fresh Approach To Uncommon Wellness

After my last seminar I went back to the design white board, and sketched a new plan for where I want to steer this thing. Oh yea, and I worked and worked on my speaking skills because as comfortable as I am in front of people, each of us can always do better.

I dusted off each one of my many moleskine notebooks, picked out the best ideas, and began to work. Here’s the deal, I’ve helped many people aboard the Paleo diet train in the face-to-face world, and I’m taking those same techniques and tips to the online world for you.

So, here’s why. Not many things feel better to me than getting a phone call from someone I helped nine months ago improve their life by exposing them to the Paleo diet, functional fitness, and a focused attitude. And really, the words that pushed me out of my comfort zone to help more people was the, “Thank you Travis, my life has changed because of you. I have never felt better”. Wow.

I’m so excited about what’s coming it keeps me up at night. Expect big things in the very near future.
