Vegetables and Fruits Arrangement

Paleo Diet: Eat unprocessed lean meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, a little starch, and zero processed sugar.

It doesn’t get simpler than that. We like to believe we can “out-think” or “out-engineer” what nature already provides. Why do we meddle with such things?
