    Hey Travis! (& my fellow paleo peeps!) I’m on going into day 7 on paleo and honestly, I never would of thought it would be this easy! And I feel great! Don’t get me wrong, the sudden aromas of toast or Chinese food does get my senses going, but I’m doing really well, trying to mix up my meals and ingredients to keep it going. Although this “diet” seems & feels different from the rest (in a positive way) , Im really hoping I don’t fall off. Once in a blue cheat im expecting but not now. Thank you do much for being an inspiration!!!
