    that’s an awesome video trav! so many different movements that cover and train a wide range of muscle groups. i caught myself a few times wondering if i could even do some of that. lol. thanks for sharing!

    just proves that you dont need a traditional gym or weights to be strong and fit. just get out there and move!

      Thanks for commenting! So true, just get out and move. People, including me sometimes, think we need to have barbells, metal pull-up bars, or abmats to get strong. When in reality, we just need to go outside and try some of these movements.

    Umm, this makes me want to go to a playground … right now. Though, I think the little baby at the very end, with the kettle ball, takes the cake.
