Ido Portal

I first seen this video while I was in Africa, and it has stuck with me. Ido Portal’s strength and balance amazes me.

Yesterday, we worked on our handstand progressions at CrossFit Ventura, and I couldn’t help but be reminded of this video.

Watch the video and see for yourself.

Pretty amazing, don’t you think?

Wow! Something to strive for! I’m tackling Prasara Yoga right now….perhaps it will be a gateway.

Check out Scott Sonnin’s Prasara Yoga in the resources section of my blog. It’s flow yoga and i believe a great stepping stone to this.

I checked it out, and it seems pretty cool. I haven’t done any sort of Yoga so anything like this is a challenge for me. Maybe I should look into it. :)

          All the best,
